أنا خولة عبدالله النعيمي، قيادية إماراتية ومدرّبة ومحاضرة وفاعلة في العمل المجتمعي، أمتلك خبرة مهنية تزيد على 20 عامًا في مجالات القيادة وخدمة المتعاملين وتطوير الخدمات والتميّز المؤسسي. شغلت خلال مسيرتي المهنية عددًا من المناصب القيادية، وأسهمت في تصميم وتنفيذ العديد من المبادرات والبرامج التدريبية والمجتمعية والتطويرية.
أنا مدرّبة ومحاضرة معتمدة، وأحرص على توظيف خبراتي ومعارفي في خدمة المجتمع، من خلال تقديم الورش والمحاضرات وقيادة المبادرات التي تهدف إلى تمكين الشباب، وتطوير الذات، وتعزيز الوعي الأسري، وترسيخ المسؤولية المجتمعية. أحمل درجة الماجستير التنفيذي في إدارة الأعمال (EMBA)، إلى جانب مؤهلات مهنية في التدريب والكوتشنج والإرشاد الأسري والتطوير المؤسسي.
وقد حظيت مسيرتي المجتمعية بالتقدير من خلال حصولي على جائزة خليفة التربوية عن فئة الأسرة الإماراتية المتميزة، إلى جانب عدد من الجوائز والتكريمات في مجالات التميّز والمساهمة المجتمعية.
أؤمن بأن المعرفة مسؤولية، وأن تمكين الإنسان هو أساس بناء مجتمع متماسك ومزدهر؛ لذلك أسعى من خلال خبراتي ومبادراتي إلى دعم الأفراد والأسر، ونشر الوعي، وصناعة أثر إيجابي ومستدام، والمساهمة في تحقيق تطلعات دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة.
I am Khawla Abdullah Al Nuaimi, an Emirati leader, certified trainer, lecturer, and community contributor with more than 20 years of professional experience in leadership, customer service, service development, and institutional excellence. Throughout my career, I have held several leadership positions and contributed to the design and implementation of various training, community, and development initiatives.
As a certified trainer and lecturer, I am passionate about using my knowledge and experience to serve the community through workshops, lectures, and initiatives that focus on youth empowerment, personal development, family awareness, and social responsibility. I hold an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA), in addition to professional qualifications in training, coaching, family counselling, and organizational development.
My contributions have been recognized through receiving the Khalifa Educational Award in the Outstanding Emirati Family category, along with other awards and recognitions for excellence and community service.
I believe that knowledge comes with responsibility and that empowering individuals is fundamental to building a cohesive and thriving society. Through my professional experience and community initiatives, I strive to support individuals and families, raise awareness, create a lasting positive impact, and contribute to the continued development and aspirations of the United Arab Emirates.
